General

  1. How much does embroidery cost?

    Embroidery is usually $6.60. Logos over 6000 stitches incur an extra charge.

    We have discounts for bulk quantities as follows:

    • 100+ $6.05
    • 500+ $5.75
    • 1000+ $5.50

  3. How much does delivery cost?

    To make things easy, we have a flat rate of $13.20 for delivery throughout Australia. Even better, delivery is free for orders over $350

  5. How long will it take to get my order?

    Usually you will have your order in about two weeks. This is subject to the availability of garments from our suppliers and clearance of payment. You will receive notifications on the status of your order throughout the process.

  7. Where on the garments can I place my embroidery?

    For hats:

    • Front of hat
    • Back of hat (small)

    For tops:

    • Front chest either side (small to med)
    • Collar (small)
    • Back (small to XL)

    Pants:

    • Waist band (small)

    We can place logos on pockets with some garments, although they will be sewn shut.

  9. What size can I have my logo embroidered?

    The size of the logo is only restricted by the area of the garment you are having it stitched onto.

    The usual size is roughly 4cm x 8cm.

  11. Can you make garments to match my company colours?

    We have several suppliers who can make garments to order although minimum quantities do apply.

    Minimum quantities for polos start at around 20-25 units and above. Hats start at 100 minimum. Colours are chosen from a set range that the manufacturer keeps in stock.

    We can also have fabric dyed to match your particular colours. Quantities start at 1000 and above. Color is matched as closely as possible, but slight variations do occur when dyeing fabric.

  13. Why should I sign up to the website?

    Your shopping cart will be automatically saved as you go, allowing you to place orders when you have a spare moment. The next time you come back to the site everything will be just how you left it.

    Not only that, but the whole site will cater to your needs much better, saving you from having to input your details in the various features of the site.

Ordering

  1. How do I place an order on the website?

    Placing an order on the website is very simple. Simply add items to your shopping cart and when you are ready you may proceed to the checkout.

  3. How do I order garments with a person’s name on them?

    When you add the products to your cart there is a field to fill in the person’s name.

    If you are ordering garments for multiple people, simply order for each person individually. Once you have added your selection to the cart, the form will be cleared so you can add the same garment but with a different name, size or colour.

    We accept a wide range of payment options. Click here for further information.

  7. I have a gift certificate, how do I use this?

    Place an order on the website as you normally would and when you proceed to the checkout you will have the option of choosing “Gift Certificate” as the payment method. You will then be required to enter the code on the gift certificate.

    If you do not use the full amount of the gift certificate you can use it at a later stage. If the total of your order is more than the amount of the gift certificate, you can pay the remainder via another payment method.

  9. I have a discount coupon, how do I use this?

    After you have added some items to your shopping cart, click on the link to view the cart and you will be able to enter your coupon at the bottom of the page.

Embroidery

  1. Does it cost anything to set my logo up for embroidery?

    If your logo contains graphics it is likely that you will pay a fee for set up. This fee is $55 and is a once off payment. However, we generally waive this for large orders. Once set up, we store your logo on file ready for future use.

  3. How do I send my logo to you?

    You can e-mail it to us or post a good quality letterhead.

  5. Can I see a sample of your embroidery?

    You sure can. Go to the samples section and we can arrange to have your logo embroidered onto a section of fabric for only $9.95 including delivery. (Logo set up cost may apply)
